Landscape photography is proof the natural world is the greatest source of excitement, visual beauty and intellectual interest. It is the greatest source of so much that makes it feel great to be alive.
Living in the Scottish Highlands is a dream come true for a landscape photographer. I have so many incredible places to photograph right on my doorstep. The upside too is that I can return to locations time and time again and therefore have in-depth knowledge of the place, the different perspectives, the changes of the seasons and how the light and weather affects it.
Being here year round allows me to explore the region and discover many great places and scenes unknown to most other visiting photographers.
All this means I can not only produce unique photos, but also offer workshops and bespoke private photography tours to places no one else can. I look forward to welcoming you.

My residential multi-day workshops offer you the chance to learn while also photographing some of Scotland most amazing scenery.
I run small group workshops, meaning you will get more personal attention than you would in a large group and learn a lot more.
My private tuition will go at the right pace for you and concentrate on what you need to grow your skills and self confidence.
I offer a variety of options such as 1-2-1 workshops anywhere in Scotland, online photo editing classes and a summer photography mentorship programme.
As a local to the area, I am available at any time to take you on a private and personalised photography tour that has been fully customised to your wishes.
On a private tour you will get my full attention throughout the tour and all photography tuition and locations will be tailored to your level and exact needs.
