What Did You Enjoy About Your Workshop?: Dean has a great teaching style – technical support and composition suggestions when needed while giving you space to do your own thing, providing feedback and encouragement at all times. He was well aware of the weather forecast and where to be to make the most of it, plus some time to work on editing and direct feedback when the weather was against us. Dean’s focus was on the group members throughout the workshop with minimal time spent taking his own photos, and when he did, he turned that into a learning experience for us all.
