How Did You Hear About Dean Allan Photography: Google search for landscape photograph courses
What Did You Enjoy About Your Workshop: Many things. 1. The challenge of a lot of new techniques. 2. The task of framing images out of a hugely beautiful environment. 3. Getting out there and staying out there regardless of the weather (almost). 4. Dean’s teaching, and his running of the course. He is very sensitive to the people he is teaching and tailors his input to help you tackle the next obstacle you are facing. He is also sensitive to different levels of physical capability in participants, and to general practical needs. His passion for capturing great images is obvious and infectious. I think it pushed all of us to perform better. The other two participants in the course were also very interesting people and very enjoyable to spend a week working with.
What, If Anything, Would You Do To Improve About Your Workshop: Difficult to think how it could be improved. Dean was very helpfully flexible, for example about picking me up and dropping me off in Inverness, and extremely generous in taking two of us out for a further days shooting as we were stuck on the Island by ferry problems. We filled every minute of every available hour with the most useful things we could do and had a great time doing it. What more could you ask?
What Further Comments Would You Like To Make About Your Workshop: I’m looking forward to the next one.
