The Nisabost Beach on the Isle of Harris is one of the most idyllic spots in the world. As I strolled along the beach, my eyes were immediately drawn to the small yet mesmerising cluster of sea shells that were barely holding on for dear life amidst the rushing incoming tide. I knew that this was a moment that I had to immortalise, that I just had to capture in a photograph.

With my camera equipment at the ready, I waited patiently for the water to circle around the cluster of shells, and finally, after what felt like an eternity, I was able to capture this breathtaking image. The sheer power and raw energy of the sea was evident, and I could not help but marvel at the wondrous scene that lay before my very eyes.

As I stepped back to take it all in, I was suddenly washed away by the tremendous force of the waves. But fortunately, I was able to rescue my camera equipment and myself, and was left in awe of the beauty that surrounded me.
