I dropped in on the Lochinver Larder for a quick Expresso after shooting in amazing sunrise conditions at Loch Druim Suardalain.

This was not only a great decision, because not only is the coffee as well as the Pies in the Larder the best around (10am was too early for a pie by the way), it made the timing to capture this rainbow an hour later…perfect.

A double rainbow at Clashnessie, a gorgeous sunrise at Loch Druim Suardalain and an expresso in between was the perfect start to another fantastic day for my Assynt Workshop.

What an amazing day…..
